LÍS auglýsa eftir doktorsnema til að taka þátt í úttektarnefnd sem meta mun umsóknir háskóla um heimild til að veita doktorsgráður.
LÍS are seeking a doctoral student to participate in a review Panel evaluating applications for authorisation of a university to award doctoral degrees.

LÍS barst þessi beiðni frá Gæðamati háskóla. LÍS mun velja tvo einstaklinga af ólíku kyni til að tilnefna í úttektarnefndina, en á endanum er það ákvörðun Gæðamats háskóla hver verður ráðinn og verður aðeins einn umsækjandi valinn.
Mikilvægar upplýsingar og dagsetningar:
Úttektarheimsókn fer fram á staðnum í viðkomandi háskóla 29. - 31. október.
Undirbúingur fer fram í gegnum tvo fjarfundi:
23. september kl. 9:00-12:00
14. október kl. 9:00-12:00
Meðlimir í úttektarnefnd fá greitt kr. 200.000 ISK fyrir vinnuna.
Umsóknarfrestur er til og með 13. september.

Skilyrði:
Doktorneminn skal vera laus allan daginn þá daga sem úttektin fer fram.
Doktorsneminn má ekki stunda nám við eða hafa náin tengsl við háskólann sem úttektin verður gerð á. Við getum veitt upplýsingar um hvaða háskóla um ræðir í tölvupósti, gaedastjori@studentar.is
Úttektarnefndin þarf að staðfesta með því að undirrita samning að engir hagsmunaárekstrar séu til staðar.
Einstaklingurinn má hafa útskrifast úr doktorsnámi en þá ekki fyrir meira en einu ári.
Einstaklingurinn skal vera vel talandi og skrifandi á ensku.
Einstaklingurinn skal hafa reynslu af því að vera stúdent í íslenskum háskóla.

LÍS are seeking a doctoral student to participate in a review Panel evaluating applications for authorisation of a university to award doctoral degrees.
LÍS received this request from the Icelandic Agency for Quality Assurance (IAQA). LÍS will select two individuals of different genders to nominate for the review Panel, but in the end IAQA will decide who will be hired and only one applicant will be selected.
Important information and dates:
The review will take place at the site of the university on the 29th - 31st of October.
Two online preparation meetings will be held:
September 23rd at 09:00 - 12:00
October 14th at 09:00 - 12:00
Panel members receive a payment of 200.000 ISK for their work.
The application deadline is September 13th.

Requirements:
The doctoral student must be available all day on the days of the review.
The doctoral student may not study at, or have close ties with, the university in question. If you are interested in applying, email our Quality Officer via gaedastjori@studentar.is and we can give you more information on which university is being reviewed.
The review panel will need to sign a declaration of interest to confirm that there is no conflict of interest.
The individual may have graduated from doctoral studies, but no more than one year ago.
The individual must be fluent in spoken and written English.
The individual must have experience of being a student at an Icelandic university.
